  • 2019-08-23: Bulk Data IG 1.0.0 published
  • 2019-09-05, 2019-09-15, 2019-10-08: Jira issues opened for non-substantive technical corrections
  • 2019-10-14: FHIR-I approves these three issues as technical corrections (rejecting a fourth as substantive)
  • 2019-12-20: Kyle (1UpHealth under contract to SMART) makes changes on HL7 Bulk Data Github; Josh merges them into master branch
  • 2020-04-06: Question about CapabilityStatement errors are raised on Zulip; Josh asked Lloyd about TC process; Lloyd advises submitting a publication request form to the TSC
  • 2020-07-02: As part of Argonaut work, Dan moves TC changes to a branch since other changes had been made to master
  • 2020-07-07: Josh and Dan reach out to Grahame on next steps; Grahame advises that FHIR-I needs to approve publication in addition to the already approved individual changes prior to submitting publication request form to TSC
  • 2020-07-13: FHIR-I approves publication of the changes previously approved for the technical correction; Grahame requests minutes URL and indicates that posting to the FHIR website is his queue
  • 2020-10-01: Josh checks in with Grahame; Grahame responds that he can't publish the corrections since TSC approval is still needed
  • 2020-10-02: Dan asks Lloyd how to obtain TSC approval; Lloyd asks Ann Wizauer who advises that the TSC doesn't approve technical corrections which should go directly to Wayne and Lynn
  • 2020-10-14: Dan asks Lynn the process for this; Lynn advises Dan to submit a publication request form and write an errata letter using a Microsoft Word template and email to her and Wayne
  • 2020-10-21: Dan submits the publication request form on Confluence, drafts the letter and emails it to Lynn and Wyane; Wayne requests revision to the letter to describe the changes in more detail; Dan copies and pastes detailed description of changes from the Jira issues into the Word document
  • 2020-10-23: Wayne signs errata letter
  • 2020-10-27: Dan checks in with Grahame on publication; Grahame raises questions about the version number in master branch; Dan points him to the TC branch
  • 2020-10-28: Lynn (via email) requests Dan update the bulk data IG to the new IG template prior to TC publication; Dan updates HL7 logo, but defers large changes to the next version of the IG to avoid introducing new errors as part of the TC and further delaying the minor technical corrections
  • 2020-11-01: Dan reaches out to Grahame to determine status
  • 2020-11-05: Dan follows up with Grahame to determine status
