Problem: JazzHR is unable to determine your Exchange server settings using the Autodiscover service.

Solution: There are two ways to go about resolving this issue.

  2. Manually enter your Exchange server settings by disconnecting your calendar from JazzHR and reconnecting with the Autodiscover service disabled.
