Based on Contract Killer, an open-source contract for web developers.

Summary:

I’ll always do my best to fulfill your needs and meet your expectations, but it’s important to have things written down so that we both know what’s what, who should do what and when, and what will happen if something goes wrong. In this contract you won’t find any complicated legal terms or long passages of unreadable text. I have no desire to trick you into signing something that you might later regret. What I do want is what’s best for both parties, now and in the future.

So in short;

#Bangkok Survival Guide This is by no means complete or anything, but hopefully it'll give you a quick rundown of how I learned to enjoy and indeed fall in love with Bangkok. It is by no means everyone's cup of tea, so I will take no offense if you hate it, hate my ideas of what to do, or whatever. So... Here we go!

##Stay Near Saphan Taksin It has a BTS station and a boat pier. The neighborhood sucks but you wont spend any time there. You'll get the fuck out and thanks to the public transit available there you'll be able to go anywhere in the city ASAP regardless of traffic.

##Transportation The key to the city is access to transportation next to your bed. Once you have access, you just need to understand the different ways to get around, how they are effected by traffic, and how to mitigate those effects. Kind of like any city in the world.

#Rental Reference for Randall James Saleeba

I rented a room in Warrenton, VA to Mr Saleeba for approximately six months in 2013. His room, while spartanly furnished, was generally kept clean and upon moving out spotless. Rent was paid punctually without prompting in cash. Randall is quiet at all hours, respectful to neighbors, keeps good, limited company and is a viscious, brutal player of Settlers of Cataan. A good man and a gentleman of sorts, my only criticism would be his odd penchant for eating uheated canned foods, specifically Spaghetti-Os. Dishes and cookware were promptly cleaned and put away, food never left to spoil, nor was he ever known to eat the foodstuffs of other tenants.

Randall James Saleeba is an excellent lessee and you would be truly lucky to have such a helpful, charming and downright handsome young man to live in and care after your property.
