GPG Key Transition

For a number of reasons, I've recently set up a new OpenPGP key, and
will be transitioning away from my old one.

the old key was:

pub   4096R/0x954A6BEFAF74ACD7 2015-07-01 [expires: 2017-06-30]
      Key fingerprint = EF84 6530 67A5 1559 5554  D8B2 954A 6BEF AF74 ACD7

and the new is:

pub   4096R/0x9FA3789F06155999 2016-02-29 [expires: 2017-02-28]
      Key fingerprint = E0FD 0487 5CAC 4200 EF25  098A 9FA3 789F 0615 5999

If you already know my old key, you can now verify that the new key is
signed by the old one:

  gpg --check-sigs 0x9FA3789F06155999

Please let me know if there is any trouble, and sorry for the
inconvenience.

The old key will continue to be valid for some time, but I prefer all
future correspondence to come to the new one. I would also like this
new key to be re-integrated into the web of trust. This message is
signed by both keys to certify the transition.
