The extension's functionality is performed entirely on your local computer.Information We Do Not CollectTab Tamer does not collect, store, sell, or transmit any of your personal information, browsing history, or any other data related to your online activity. We do not have a server, and we do not want your data.Information the Extension AccessesTo perform its function, Tab Tamer needs permission to access information about your browser tabs. Specifically, it uses:Tab URLs, Titles, and Favicon URLs: The extension reads this information from your open tabs for the sole purpose of displaying them to you in an organized, domain-based list within the extension's popup window. This information is only used for the duration of your interaction with the popup and is never saved or sent anywhere.Third-Party ServicesTab Tamer uses a minimal number of third-party services for visual and functional purposes only:Google Fonts: To provide the "Inter" font for a clean user interface. This service may collect aggregated, non-personal usage data as per Google's own privacy policy.Google Favicon Service: As a fallback to display icons for websites that do not provide one. When a fallback is needed, the extension requests an icon from Google's favicon service by providing it with a website's domain name (e.g., google.com). This is similar to how a browser fetches favicons.These services do not receive any personal information or unique identifiers from you or the Extension.Changes to This Privacy PolicyWe may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page.
