INTEGRA, INC.

2013 – 2016 // SEATTLE, WA

Hired as a consultant / webmaster for the marketing department for this company of 80+ employees that develops and distributes software for institutional pharmacy software and long term care facilities. My job was to improve and maintain their site and retrofit it for mobile devices. I brought in a design firm to help modernize the design of the site and worked with them to improve usability and content flow. Some changes I made to the site also improved the speed of their site, SEO, and admin customizability.

16 PENNY, INC.

2010 – 2013 // SEATTLE, WA

I was brought on to be one-half of a Drupal development team that worked with small businesses, large enterprises and non-profits. I was responsible for providing support for clients, implementing designs, and customization.

OFF TEMPO

2007 – PRESENT // SEATTLE, WA

This began as a music documentation project in 2007 for recording local music and making those recordings free and readily available on the internet. The idea is to provide an avenue for underrepresented musicians and artists performing in alternative venues and promote their works. It eventually turned into a record label to put out records for the same underrepresented music. Now it's an ongoing experiment for both functions.

HEARTLAND GALLERY

Heartland (for short) was an underground alternative music and performance venue that I co-owned with my friend José Díaz Rohena. We had shared responsibilities with event management, promotion, and development, as well as working on our own specialties. We work with The Vera Project and Shunpike to attempt making Heartland a non-profit with a long-term plan of sustaining the space as an all-ages venue. We discovered that the state of the building hindered any possibility of fulfilling our and ended the project once our lease expired.
