## Executive assistant
Looking for: Executive assistant

6-10 hours a week, hours are flexible and you’ll have autonomy over where and when you do the work. Typically the job requires half a day in downtown Helsinki. This position is suitable for a student and starts in August.

Responsibilities:
- Coordinate travel arrangements and maintain calendar. You’ll prep me for meetings, give office tours to visitors, and ensure that our days run smoothly.
- Perform a wide variety of administrative and support duties from accounting to paperwork, posting and packages.
- Possibility to participate in communications, research and other tasks, but the focus on the job is on managing the everyday.

Required skills
- Organised, motivated, and independent. I'm traveling most of the time, but the office in downtown Helsinki is at your disposal.
- Quick to solve problems and solution-oriented.
- Ability to interact with diverse groups of people - publishers, press, companies, you name it. You know how to have lots of balls in the air that can’t be dropped.
- English a must, Finnish a plus.
- Preferred invoicing with your own company or using a ligh entrepreneur service, such as Ukko.fi, OP etc.
