Group Member Names: Amy Rippeto, Eric O'Neill, Alyssa Lundgren

Goals and Expectations for the Project (What does each group member hope to get out of this project? What do we want to achieve as a team? How will we know that we're successful?):

  • Hone previous JS, HTML, CSS skills
  • Score between advanced beginner and proficient
  • Learn about and utilize localStorage and JSON
  • Communication amongst our teammates
  • Regular check-ins (daily)
  • Utilize GitHub projects

  • Lean towards collaboration

How we can use our strengths to overcome obstacles:

  • Rapport

Schedule Expectations (When are we available to work together and individually? What constraints do we have?):

  • Hawaiian shirts on Fridays
  • Amy birthday Saturday (5/25) !!!!!!

  • Slack channel
  • Daily morning check-ins

Abilities & Growth Expectations (Technical strengths and areas for desired improvement):

  • JavaScript oportunity for improvement

  • Style guides as number one
  • Split evenly
  • Everyone has exposure to everything (JS in particular)
  • Complete phase one and phase two minimally

Workflow Expectations (Git workflow/Tools/Code Review/Reviewing Pull Requests/Debugging and Problem-solving Techniques):

  • Git and GitHub - someone else review and merge
    • equal commits
    • local merges and conflict resolution
    • communication around pull requests and merges
  • Some driver navigator stuff

Expectations for giving and receiving feedback:

  • We want it. Take it as a gift. It's like an error message.
  • Try not to take things personally and be kind.
