If anyone runs into the iTunes Connect wrong size error, even that you know that the video has the proper size, I've managed to solve this by changing the "Anamorphic" value in the "Picture Settings" configuration.

Prior to making the video the proper size, at the bottom of this dialog, the "Anamorphic" values were 751 x 1334, even that the original ones were 750 x 1334.

By setting the Anamorphic dropdown to "Custom" and cropping 1px from the extra side, I've managed to change the values to 750 x 1334.
After this I was able to upload the video to iTunes connect without issues.

NOTE 1: I think there's a bug in HandBrake with the cropping change. When setting the cropping to 1px, the video originally changed from 751 to 749. If you play with the cropping values long enough, you should be able to get to the right size.

NOTE 2: I hadn't any trouble uploading the videos and they are at review process right now. I'll update this post if the review fails for any reason related to the video format/size.
