This bar chart visualizes hierarchical data using D3. Each blue bar represents a folder, whose length encodes the total size of all files in that folder (and all subfolders). Clicking on a bar dives into that folder, while clicking on the background bubbles back up to the parent folder. The effect is similar to a zoomable partition layout, though in a more conventional display.

Very useful example. Assuming the data values of the JSON file change, is there a way to update the bars without calling down()? It would be nice if the bars ajust if the JSON changes, but stays on the current hierarchy level. Can you point me to the right direction to make this happen? Thank you

Is there a straightforward way of enabling scroll for datasets which extend beyond the boundaries?

Is there any way to make Donut Chart of same kind.
means 1st level only parent then 2nd level children of particular parent.

I want to implement this graph but only 1 layer should be visible and when I click the 2nd level will be displayed.

Nice library!

I have made some additions to it, it now groups data based when they have the same name, can handle different bar colors and a better up button. If you want to incorporate these changes in your code, feel free :)
