Rough analysis of https://disipio.wordpress.com/2014/03/31/are-more-babies-born-when-theres-a-new-moon/ using data from https://github.com/fivethirtyeight/data/tree/master/births
Clearly is uniform, if anything it looks like in the US it's more common not to give birth under the new moon...

@rdisipio if you have the patience (I don't have ROOT installed), can you run your old regression on this dataset?
