- 0.5kg plain flour
- 1 large egg
- 1 egg yolk
- 1 glass of hot water
- 1 tbsp butter, melted
- Pinch of salt
- Mix flour and salt in a bowl/on a kneading board (as for pasta).
- Make a well in the centre and add the eggs and melted butter into it.
- Mix together, slowly adding water, until it forms a smooth dough.
- Leave to rest for 30mins.
