Hi blocknet node owners.

I can't be looking anymore how blocknet is sinking down, so I am making this proposal.
This proposal is general and my very last attempt to push not only development of blocknet further.

By voting yes for this proposal you agree to giving me free hands to push blocknet in next X months as best as I could,
as I will be asking full left proposal funds again and again.

In short:
- Proposal requires full/part blocknet superblock for next X months where spending not limited for development and/or
if converted/Blockdx-swapped by DEX to other asset, then used to stabilize $BLOCK price and/or
pay else entities who manage parts/sub-parts of blocknet and/or use to continue development and/or
social media activities to spread awareness about Blocknet mainly on X/Bastyon/Nostr.

- Finally release and manage/develop/stabilize on the fly running DEXBOT by DEXSETUP.

- Try to stabilize $BLOCK price on DEX by DEXBOOT, researching best strategies and release them as
DEXSETUP configuration templates for everyone(limited) ability to join providing liquidity to BlockDX.

- DEXSETUP system will be needed to manage $BLOCK price independently of centralized exchanges(CEXes) in case of
CEX delisting or in case of users CEX inactivity.

- We need to push/manage/develop Tryou tool and lite wallet development for those who are just "daily" crypto users who usually
want to come, swap and go offline.

- As most main Crypto-projects influencing place becomes a Twitter/X, stay active on X as @nnmfnwl and
try to join discussion with real crypto anarchists, those who still believe in open crypto projects and values like
decentralization freedom and privacy, also convincing those users to join Blocknet's BlockDX. Also where we could find more
freedom oriented people than on fully decentralized social networks like Bastyon and Nost.

- We will be looking for to include in proposal those people who prefer to accumulate BLOCK instead of selling.
