Instructions for now:

You need to create a blank app (Android or iOS) for your test runner.

Put this file alongside your .sln file. Close/reopen your solution in VS. Now, in your Add Nuget Packages, you should be able to select the xUnit Xamarin CI Builds and install the xunit.runner.xamarin package.

Now you can create tests and run them in the app.
