Modified __init__.py for PyTorch 1.5.0
# @lint-ignore-every PYTHON3COMPATIMPORTS
r"""
The torch package contains data structures for multi-dimensional
tensors and mathematical operations over these are defined.
Additionally, it provides many utilities for efficient serializing of
Tensors and arbitrary types, and other useful utilities.
It has a CUDA counterpart, that enables you to run your tensor computations
on an NVIDIA GPU with compute capability >= 3.0.

Thanks a lot.
I uninstalled torch for CUDA and reinstalled torch for CPU-only and the problem is fixed now:

https://pytorch.org/get-started/previous-versions/

pip uninstall torch
After uninstallation:
pip install torch==1.5.1+cpu torchvision==0.6.1+cpu -f https://download.pytorch.org/whl/torch_stable.html
