Printed Mint is looking for a junior Ruby developer to join our small development team. This is a full-time position with benefits.

We currently have two Ruby on Rails applications in production and a long list of features that need to be implemented.

Did I mention that we're a small team? You'll be working directly with our CTO, Peter J. Jones (author of Effective Ruby) in a positive and inclusive environment.

It's important to us that you're a passionate developer and life-long learner. This is an opportunity to expand your experience through mentoring and practice. Here are a few things we are working on:

  • Using functional programming concepts everywhere we can

  • High-performance services written in Haskell

  • Production deployments via NixOS and NixOps

  • Projects that directly impact the business and its employees
