Windows 10 Mobile Hotspot Shortcut

The following file can be used to create a shortcut on your Windows 10 desktop to automatically open the mobile hotspot settings screen.

Quick Start

  1. Right-click the desktop in Windows 10 and select New->Shortcut.
  2. For Target, paste the contents of hotspot.txt C:\Windows\explorer.exe ms-settings:network-mobilehotspot
  3. Click Change Icon to set a desired image for the icon.
  4. Click OK.
  5. Right-click the shortcut and select Pin to taskbar.
