Chocolate coconut turds

Ingredients:

  • Whittakers 72% Cocoa Dark Ghana Chocolate 250g
  • Condensed Milk ~800g (2 cans of Nestle Condensed Milk @ 395g)
  • Finely groud coconut 500g
  • Almonds ~150g - can be ground, sliced, or slivered - whatever floats your boat
  • Vanilla Extract 1 tsp.
  • Love

This amount of ingredients will produce a fuckload so feel free to reduce proprtionally

Method:

  1. Poor the milk into a pot and put on the stove on low heat.
  2. Chop the chocolate and add to the milk.
  3. Keep stirring until all the chocolate melts. Don't leave unattended.
  4. Add all other ingredients and mix into a uniform mass.
  5. Use a small cookie scoop to form little turds on a baking paper lined baking tray.
  6. Preheat the oven to ~170 deg Celsius.
  7. Put in the oven and bake for 15 min.

Is a "fuckload" a standard unit of measure?

@KyleHQ Yes, a fuckload is the amount required to induce type-1 diabetes in a single seating.
