I'm pescatarian, other than not eating meat I pretty much like all food, however...
Allergic to:
- Aubergine (eggplant)
- Wheat: gluten-free is always wheat-free, but I'm not celiac or worried about contamination. It's an allergy, and I can tolerate small amounts but won't eat a sandwich/pasta.
- Shellfish
- Raw celery, fine if it's well cooked
- kiwi fruit, or anything that has been near cut up kiwi fruit.
I am usually pretty self-sufficient, and will have already scoped out the area and figured out what to eat.
So don't worry too much.
In case it is ever needed I am also allergic to:
- Antibiotics trimethoprim and clindamycin.
- Latex
