If you're talking about making some text a link, then you can escape the closing brackets:

[this](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Enceladus_(moon)) will break

[this](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Enceladus_(moon\)) will work

You just have to put a backslash before the end brackets in the link
