As far as the law allows, the font comes as is, without any warranty or condition, and no Evil Martians will not be liable to anyone for any damages related to the font or this license, under any kind of legal claim.
This license does not grant you ownership of any part of the fonts. It only gives non-exclusive permission to use in a specific manner.
You may use the fonts for creating any printed or digital documents, images, videos and goods, brand identities, and logotypes. Use of the fonts is not limited geographically.
The license enters into force after the customer’s payment goes through.
The license does not allow distribution (sharing, renting, lending, or selling) of the fonts.
The license does not allow modifying any part of the fonts’ design, such as glyph shapes, spacing, etc.
The license allows language subsetting and any character set modification towards the font’s file size optimization.

The license allows installing and using the fonts on a limited number of digital devices, such as computers, tablets, or smartphones, equal to the number specified in your order receipt. All devices must be owned by you or be the property of your organization.
The license allows using the fonts on websites via CSS/@font-face so long as the combined traffic for those sites remains within the limits specified in your order receipt.
The license allows using the fonts on multiple website domains or subdomains, so long as all websites using the fonts are owned and operated by you or your organization, and the cumulative traffic does not exceed the limits specified in your order receipt.
The license allows the hosting of the fonts on the server of your website or on a CDN (content delivery network) where you control the hosted files.
The license allows embedding fonts as part of apps for digital devices (mobile, TV, computers, etc), and e-books, as long as the software does not allow creating or editing new content.
The license allows manual and automatic embedding of the fonts in non-editable digital documents, such as PDF, while the fonts could not be extracted.
The license does not allow embedding the fonts in software for creating or editing new content, such as text editors and publishing platforms, website builders, apps for design, video, etc. Contact the designer (fonts@evilmartians.com) to get a special license.
