I, rottenwheel, only editor and maintainer of Revuo Monero, the blueprint weekly Monero newsletter am communicating the full and immediate termination of any and all Community Crowdfunded System Work In Progress or Ideas proposals available on repo.getmonero.org. 
 
Besides the fact the current holder and handler of community fund is someone who already got the whole pot stolen from him while not resigning or finding a replacement like anyone with 4 fingers of forehead would have, I legitimately find beyond unacceptable that the current CCS coordinator, plowsof, would listen to an abrasive individual, ofrnxmr, and proceed to block my account repository while running tallies on milestones' payouts, per his own GitHub gist - https://gist.github.com/plowsof/a5c500151ec8c42eb52aa83f4c275da5 
 
ofrnxmr forced his way in for an astronomically high CCS proposal, after 2 or 3 failed attempts, it finally went through, and he got paid hundreds of XMR, for "leading" a DEX thing. Where is the volume, community benefit? Hmm... 
 
At any rate. I, rottenwheel, am in full disagreement with the way the so-called CCS coordinator handled ofrnxmr's call for my cancellation, I guess? As well, I no longer feel comfortable giving further acceptance and being complicit in something that would not make sense to anyone, with 4 fingers in their forehead. 
 
I, and by proxy, all Revuo* main and side projects will, from October 16th onwards, go back to fully independent, either out-of-pocket, or crowdfunded, via Kuno, or self-hosted donation alternatives. Perhaps one or two sponsorship slots may open down the road. 
 
...until Mr. luigi111 does not resign or step down from handling community funds, rottenwheel and all his community projects will not be returning to the CCS. 
 
A call for all community members to reflect on this: if you keep being complicit with someone who lost hundreds of thousands and just stays in there because "there's no replacement yet;" I'd stronly suggest you check yourself a bit, because I know you have better integrity than this. :) 
 
Rotten, Revuo and Monero will keep on thriving; honeybadger does not care. However, I will not tolerate a single month more of delayed payouts, a CCS coordinator who refuses to answer my private messages, and a blocked repo account, over false accusations. I have been around for much longer than you, Mr. Plowsof.
