Grunt Initial Setup
1. $ npm install grunt-cli
2. $ cd /path/to/site
3. $ npm init
	- Creates package.json file
5. $ npm install grunt --save-dev
	- '--save-dev' keeps a reference to the dependencies in the package.json file
