Since 1st of December 2018, any visa application for France must be made via the France-Visas website: https://france-visas.gouv.fr/en_US/web/france-visas
 
Once you have completed your application form on the France-Visas site, you will be redirected to the TLScontact website to make your appointment

At the day of your appointment, the France-Visas application form and document receipt must be provided.

Start your visa application on the France-Visas website.
Fees: £100 to be paid at Embassy

Pre-Requiste before Applying in Visa Portal:
Booking.com - free cancellation - Hotel booking
Travel insurance. - Coversise company - Google it
Bus/Train/Flight Tickets

Go to Website. -> Register -> Fll Bio Data  including BRP, Travel, Hotel, Insurance Details
After Filling Bio-Data -> Book Slot.

Other Docs to Apply in CTS which shall be posted to you by HR:
1. Raise GSD for last 3 months attested Pay Slips.
2. Raise ELetter Request - Cts General Reference Letter
2. Raise ELetter Request - Cts Visa Reference Letter

Note: Requires 1 week for HR to process.

Other Imp Points:
-> Date of Arrival: Mention the day reach the border i.e if u are travelling on Friday, June 24...Mention as June 24.
-> Mention type of entry as Multuple Entry

Please bring all of the following documents with you to your appointment and ensure that you put them in the order as they appear below.

Note that by not providing all documents at your appointment you may be required to make a second appointment at your own cost or provide further documentation on Embassy's request, delaying your visa application process. 


One Passpoer size photo meeting the ICAO standards
Glued to the application form, in color, Size 3.5cm x 4.5cm, white plain background, less than 3 months old. For minors (12 years and below) two photos

1 Short stay Schengen visa application form
Short stay Schengen visa application form duly completed and signed by the applicant (no deletion or overwrite), in both places provided (fields 36 and 37 AND in the signature box at the bottom on the second page) ( the parents or legal guardian for children) All details on the application form must be correct. Any error on the form will make it invalid.

2 Passport Original
A signed full national private passport or official travel document issued less than 10 years ago, valid for at least more than 3 months beyond the validity of the requested visa, with two blank pages with the mention ‘visa’ to affix the visa 
sticker, and without any damage.

3 Passport, Copy
Only the main page and the last Schengen visa obtained. If you are travelling to France with a member of your family ( spouse, husband, father, mother ) already in possession of a valid Schengen visa, the copy of this visa must be joined to the application.

4 Old passports, original
If you are in possession of one or more previous passports, it is mandatory to bring it. Copies of old passports are not required.

5 British Residence permit - Original
Your British residence permit (stamped in passport or in the form of an ID card) must also exceed by more than 3 months the validity of the requested visa.

6 British Residence permit - Copy
The copy must show the reference number of your residence permit and its expiry date.

7 Itinerary covering the whole stay in France and Schengen countries, stating the dates and place of stay

8 Working certificate, original i.e CTS General Reference Letter
A less than 3 months old official up-to-date letter from your employer stating your position held within the company as well as the starting date.

9 Working certificate, copy 

10 Last three months payslips, original

11 Last three months payslips - Copy

12 Proof of financial guarantee, original (If you have come to the UK recently & do not have 3 payslips)
UK Bank statements for the last three months of your UK current account or travelers’ cheques only in Euros or scholarship certificate stating the amount and duration

13 Proof of financial guarantee - Copy (If you have come to the UK recently & do not have 3 payslips)
Original for checking, only copy will be taken.

14 Proof of accommodation 
A reservation confirmation issued directly by the hotel clearly stating your full names, the dates of check-in and out, the hotel address and contact details. Hotel booking should cover the whole period of your stay. Or booking a holiday home (lease or certificate from the rental agency) Note: For group applications, please ensure that all the applicant names are included in the booking.

15 Proof of travel, original
A confirmed return ticket to France (plane, ferry, bus, etc…) or booking fully paid from your travel agent

17 Insurance, original
Insurance 1. The travel insurance should be: • Valid for the Schengen area • Valid for DROM/CTOM according to your itinerary 2. The insurance should cover medical fees and repatriation costs of a minimum 30,000 euros 3. The insurance should cover the whole period of your stay • If traveling for winter sports, should provide medical insurance valid for those activities.

18 Insurance - Copy
Only include the insurance terms and conditions pages mentioning all the above information.
All copies must be in A4 format.
