1. This offer is being run and fully sponsored by Bharti Airtel Limited (“Airtel”) on www.flipkart.com, Flipkart mobile app and Flipkart mobile site (collectively “Platform”), which Platform is owned and operated by Flipkart Internet Private Limited (“Flipkart”, “We” or “Our”). 
2. By participating in this Offer (defined below), the user (“You” or “Your”) agrees to be bound by: 
1. These terms and conditions (“T&C”); 
2. The Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, and other relevant documentation including any modifications, alterations or updates thereof, that are published on the Platform; and

Other Terms & Conditions 
  
1. You shall not avail the Offer or use the services for Commercial Use. Commercial Use for the purpose of the present offer means any use of 1000 minutes (All Local + STD A2A Mobile calls) in a rolling seven (7) day period or 250 minutes (All Local + STD A2A Mobile calls) in a single day, whichever is earlier, or (b) 100 unique MSIDNs in a rolling seven (7) day period. 
2. This Offer is available to Airtel prepaid subscribers only and cannot be used along with services provided by any other telecommunications service provider in India. 
This Offer cannot be combined with any other offer provided by Airtel. This Offer is not valid for special, commercial or enterprise plans. These Terms and Conditions shall constitute an agreement between Airtel and You and by subscribing to the Offer, You accept that the same as binding upon you. 
3. The terms and conditions of usage of Airtel, so far as the same are not inconsistent with the present terms and conditions, continue to be applicable upon you as a user of the mobile services. 
Airtel or Flipkart will be entitled to postpone, suspend, modify or cancel the Offer or any aspect thereof, across the entire territories of service or any part thereof, at any time with or without notice, for any reason, including, but not limited to, acts of God, force majeure, technical difficulties, or any other reasons beyond Airtel’s/Flipkart’s reasonable control. If Airtel suspends or cancels the Offer, all aspects of the Offer shall be null and void. Airtel or Flipkart will not be liable to compensate any subscriber for any postponement or cancellation or for any reason directly or indirectly arising out of this Offer.  
4. Flipkart has no liability whatsoever in respect of any claims or disputes and any resulting damages or 
losses, whether direct or indirect, relating to the customer availing, not receiving or customer’s use of the offer. 
5. Flipkart makes no warranties or representations whatsoever in respect of the offer and the mobile services including as to its fitness for any particular purpose, merchantability, quality, availability, disruption or error free operation, which shall be the sole responsibility of Airtel. 
Any dispute or claim (contractual or non-contractual) arising out of or in relation to this agreement, including disputes as to its formation, will be governed by and construed in accordance with Indian laws. Subject to the point above, Airtel and You shall submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of Courts at Bangalore alone. 
There is no limit on monthly recharge. In case of any queries related to the Offer, should contact the Airtel customer care at 121. 
6. Any query regarding this Offer will be entertained until [31st Mar 2022]. Post such date, Flipkart and Airtel will not entertain any correspondence or communication regarding this Offer from any persons. 
7. In case of any dispute or difference arising concerning the Offer or any alleged defect in the Eligible Product(s) or deficiency of service availed, the same shall be resolved by the sellers and Airtel respectively, and Flipkart shall not be a party to the same. 
8. Issuance of this Offer does not amount to endorsement of the products sold on the Platform and Flipkart shall not be liable for any missed products, quality, defect in products or deficiency in the services. 
9. All statutory taxes on the Offer shall be payable by You. Airtel or Flipkart will not be responsible / liable for the same. 
10. This Offer is funded from a special promotional budget created by Airtel and is subject to change at any time at the sole discretion of the management of Airtel. 
11. All decisions pertaining to the benefits of this Offer are at the sole discretion of Airtel. 
12. The benefits of the Offer shall not be settled with cash in lieu by Flipkart or Airtel. 
13. No other offers will be in conjunction with this Offer.

You hereby agree to indemnify and keep Flipkart and Airtel harmless against all damages, liabilities, costs, expenses, claims, suits and proceedings (including reasonable attorney’s fee) that may be suffered by Flipkart as a consequence of (i) violation of terms of this T&C by You; (ii) violation of applicable laws; (iii) any action or inaction resulting in wilful misconduct or negligence on Your part. 
18. Any person availing this Offer shall be deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions. 
19. The Offer benefits offered are at the sole discretion of Airtel. 
20. In case of complete cancellations, You will not be eligible for this Offer. 
21. Returned transactions, disputed or unauthorized/fraudulent transactions will not be considered for the Offer.
