On all Fedora systems that I have recently installed on my Framework Laptop (Intel 11th gen), I had trouble with video playback (in Chromium).
Because I have repeatedly struggled to resolve the issue, I will write down here the steps I just took to finally resolve.

Hello folks, I managed to setup Qsync client under fedora linux 37, so I thought myself to share this simple guide. Basically downloaded Debian qsync utility provided from QNAP and then tweaked missing library paths and related filenames.
Download and extract the debian package

To map shortcuts like Ctrl+Bksp/Del to delete words backwards and forwards in Konsole:
