You should not use the Open SSH client that comes with Git for Windows. Instead, Windows 10 has its own implementation of Open SSH that is integrated with the system. To achieve this:
ssh-agent from Windows Services:Services in the Start Menu or Win+R and then type services.msc to launch the Services window;OpenSSH Authentication Agent in the list and double click on it;OpenSSH Authentication Agent Properties window that appears, choose Automatic from the Startup type: dropdown and click Start from Service status:. Make sure it now says Service status: Running.git config --global core.sshCommand C:/Windows/System32/OpenSSH/ssh.exe
Let's say you want to access the application shared preferences in /data/data/com.mypackage.
You could try to run adb shell and then run-as com.mypackage
( or adb shell run-as com.mypackge ls /data/data/com.mypackage/shared_prefs),
but on a production release app downloaded from an app store you're most likely to see:

The android emulator doesn't support all usb devices because they are disabled in the kernel. So we need to build it with another configuration. My goal was to build the same version as it was before, but with just configuration modifications.
Start the emulator without modifications, go into
Configuration > System > About emulated device > Android version
