Hello Antoinette, The person you are booking the cruise for is incompetent with respect to the intricacies of email. This means I continually receive his email, however, I live in Brisbane, Australia. I just happen to have the same name, but I assure you that I am a different person to your client.
I have asked your Tony Morris (UK) to fix his email, to no avail. I suspect he has set an incorrect Reply-To header on one of his email clients and this means that some software will follow this header, resulting in my receiving his email. Your software is likely to be following this header.

Haha it's OK. This has been going on for years. He keeps claiming that he is "not doing it intentionally", which is not the point -- he simply doesn't understand the SMTP protocol on which email is based.
I doubt I will ever stop receiving his email. Some of it is quite hilarious.
