PomoTasks ("we," "our," or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information when you use our Chrome Extension.
PomoTasks does not collect, store, or transmit any personally identifiable information (PII). We do not require account registration, and we do not track your browsing history.
All data created by the user, including:
- Task descriptions
- Timer settings (Focus/Break durations)
- Productivity statistics
is stored locally on your device using browser storage (LocalStorage/IndexedDB). This data never leaves your computer and is not accessible by us.
Since we do not collect any data, we do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer any information to third parties.
We only request permissions necessary for the core functionality of the extension:
- Storage: To save your tasks locally.
- Notifications: To alert you when a session ends.
- Alarms: To ensure the timer runs accurately in the background.
