Most of this is targeting Alex Nedelcu, who had asked Phillips a question about some old deleted tweets. All of these tweets are unavailable now, since Phillips deleted his account (which is something he's done several times, with @extempore2, @contrarivariant, @phonytope, and now @notnotnotp).
