Newb's Mind, Expert Mind: How to teach beginners by changing the way you think.
Most talks teach you how to use tool X or implement strategy Y. This talk is about how you think about what you know and how you can change that to make teaching it easier. My goal is to give you strategies to change the way you think so you can teach other people – whether in your organization or the industry as a whole – what you know. I think it's a different kind of talk that adds to the diversity of topics being discussed and hopefully creates even more people who can contribute back to the industry by teaching others what they know.
