Methodology

Workplace classification is derived from job-title + description + location signals by a rules-based parser. Edge cases are normalized into the three canonical buckets. Salary averages use advertised midpoints across the salary-disclosed subset. The company-level tables are drawn from a paginated walk of /api/v1/jobs and sample the rolling active-posting window; re-run after the weekly crawl for a fuller view.
