Kabir: I see that you want to cancel the subscription, let me check how best I can help you with the cancellation.
Kabir: Just to confirm may I know the reason for the subscription cancellation?
wes oudshoorn: Yeah I just don't use the products that often and I only need a part of the creative suite.
Kabir: Thank you for the information.
Kabir: I check and see that you are enrolled with the Creative Cloud membership (one-year) subscription, that is a annual subscription which gets billed every month automatically.
Kabir: And I see that you have left with another 4 months to complete the annual commitment.
Kabir: Instead of canceling the subscription now, may I ask you?
Kabir: If you are willing to continue the subscription till the commitment ends, I can get exception for next month free subscription and you will not be charged for the next 1 month and you can avoid cancellation fee as well?
wes oudshoorn: The problem is really the monthly fee, not that I get one month for free.
wes oudshoorn: I just can't justify the $50 per month for the usage :(
Kabir: . Since you wish to cancel the subscription before the commitment ends, you will be billed 50% of your monthly rate for the remaining 4 months in your annual cycle, which is a one time payment of EUR 99.98.
Kabir: To avoid the early termination fee as an exception I can get up to next 2 months free for you, will that help you to complete the commitment ?
wes oudshoorn: Hmmm, as I said, the real problem is just the monthly fee. Even if I get two months free, it will be too much in the other months. I can't really pay more than like $25 per month for the products I use.
Kabir: I checked and see that you are paying Euro 49.99/month. Let me know if you wish to continue the subscription, if I go ahead and change the plan to full Creative Cloud for the discounted offer for Eur 29.99/month for 12 months and also refund the difference amount.
