ScrollProgress is a Chrome extension that displays a minimal progress bar showing how far you've scrolled on any webpage.
We do not collect any personal data.
ScrollProgress operates entirely on your local device. We do not:
- Collect personal information
- Track your browsing history
- Store website content
- Use analytics or tracking tools
- Send any data to external servers
- Share any data with third parties
ScrollProgress stores the following data locally on your device only:
- Progress bar color preference
- Progress bar height preference
- Progress bar position (top/bottom)
- Opacity setting
- Enabled/disabled state
This data never leaves your device and is managed through Chrome's built-in storage API.

ScrollProgress injects a small script on webpages to display the progress bar. This script:
- Only reads scroll position to update the bar
