- you pay for a cheap VPN from https://mullvad.net/ and follow the installation guide
- you install a bittorrent client - i use transmission-daemon on linux but there are many good options
- you go to that pirate bay link, you copy the magnet link for your ubuntu torrent
- you visit the mullvad test page to make sure your VPN is running
- and then you download ubuntu 🎉
