    Steps

Disable SIP


Go to recovery mode (CMD + R)
Open terminal and type crsutil disable
Restart

Enable USB Install in Boot Camp Assistant


Copy Boot Camp Assistant cp -r /System/Applications/Utilities/Boot\ Camp\ Assistant.app /Applications
Modify Info.plist
