STEP 1
in app/database.php
Replace localhost with 127.0.0.1
'host'=> env('DB_HOST', 'localhost') -->'host' => env('DB_HOST', '127.0.0.1')
Also, in .env
DB_HOST=localhost --> DB_HOST=127.0.0.1

Step for Increase Upload Limit in XAMPP

1. Open Xampp Control Panel
2. Double Click Config button on Apache Module & select PHP (php.ini)
3. Search keyword "upload_max_filesize" with Find Form and then update value upload_max_filesize (2M to 8M or 16M or 32M or 64M or etc)
4. Search again keyword "post_max_size" with Find Form and then update value post_max_size (2M to 8M or 16M or 32M or 64M or etc)
5. Last Search keyword "memory_limit" with Find Form and then update value memory_limit (128M to 256M or 512M or etc)
6. Reload Actions Apache & MySQL module
7. Finally, your database success import in your XAMPP
