Ingredients

Stirfry:

• Oil (olive, neutral, schmaltz, whatever)
• 1/2lb, plus or minus 1/2lb Andouije or kielbasa sausage, cubed up into 1cm pieces

Mexican Quick-Pickled Red Onions
