## Overview
Claudius is a personal AI assistant that sends SMS notifications exclusively to the account owner.

## Data Collection
- Phone number: stored locally on the account owner's device for the sole purpose of sending notifications
- Message content: generated in real-time, not stored by the SMS service
- No data is collected from message recipients beyond standard carrier delivery metadata

## Data Sharing
No personal data is shared with, sold to, or disclosed to any third parties. SMS delivery is facilitated by Twilio; their privacy policy applies to transmission: https://www.twilio.com/legal/privacy

## Data Retention
Phone numbers are stored in a local configuration file on the account owner's hardware. No cloud storage of personal data occurs.

## Opt-Out
Reply STOP to any message to immediately cease all SMS communications. Reply HELP for assistance. The account owner may also disable SMS at any time by removing their number from the service configuration.
