# Claudius SMS — Terms and Conditions

## Program Description
Claudius SMS sends personal reminder, check-in, and notification messages to the account owner. Messages include daily planning prompts, task reminders, and time-sensitive alerts. This is a single-user personal assistant service.

## Message Frequency
Message frequency varies. Typical usage is 1-10 messages per day during configured hours. No messages are sent outside the account owner's configured schedule.

## Message and Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply. Consult your carrier for details on SMS charges.

## Opt-In
The account owner explicitly opts in by configuring their phone number in the service. No other users receive messages.

## Opt-Out
Reply STOP to cancel. You will receive a confirmation message and no further messages will be sent. Reply START to re-subscribe.

## Help
Reply HELP for help. You will receive a message with contact information and instructions.

## STOP/HELP Compliance
This service complies with CTIA Short Code Monitoring Handbook guidelines and the Telephone Consumer Protection Act of 1991 (TCPA). STOP and HELP keywords are honored on all incoming messages.

## Carrier Liability
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
