NeonSoup DEX Final Presentation for Piece Of Pie Hackathon

Piece of Pie Final Presentation

for

Neon Soup DEX

Slide 1: Title

  • Project name: Neon Soup DEX
  • Team: Adriano Fiorenza, Solo player
  • Presenter: Adriano Fiorenza
  • Track pursued: Cardano Pie

Slide 2: Project Identity

  • Project name: Neon Soup DEX
  • One-sentence product description: Neon Soup is an open source, non-siloed Cardano DEX for the P2P DeFi Kernel Protocol with a deep exploration for cypherpunk values, global shared liquidity, auditable wallet intents, where swaps, offers, and bulk actions are executed from users wallets without middlemen.
  • Official public repository: https://github.com/GameChangerFinance/NeonSoup
  • Deployed public product: https://neonsoup.trade/
  • Official X account: https://x.com/GameChangerOk
  • Team members exactly as registered: Adriano Fiorenza, Solo player

Slide 3: What the Product Does

  • Who the user is: Cardano users who want a simplified DEX experience while also Web3/Cypherpunk values like self-sovereignty, privacy, full auditability beyond just transaction reviews, non-siloed liquidity and deployments, in-bulk operations and parallelized execution on their own wallets/devices.
  • What the user can do: Users can trade through live P2P DeFi Kernel one-way offers, open fixed-price offers, close their own orders, queue actions in a Cart, and choose bundled or best-effort parallel execution from their wallet. Incognito mode allows for enhanced privacy and faster onboarding and Cart mode help the user to run several actions in bulk, even between more than 1 transaction at a time.
  • What value the user gets: NeonSoup makes Cardano DeFi more self-sovereign: the dapp suggests routes, but the wallet builds, signs, and submits the transaction. Users can inspect the intent from the dapp before execution, run in Incognito Mode, and eject wallet action URLs to execute on another device. Also it empowers users and builders by facilitating the ease of deployment and mirroring of the DEX in order to maximize access for a DeFi we all can own.
  • Where payment happens: Swap execution includes a NeonSoup service fee output configured per network and shown separately from the Cardano network fee.

Slide 4: Live Demo

Demo link:

Recommended live flow (will change most likely):

  1. Open https://neonsoup.trade/
  2. Show the landing page and Public Alpha disclaimer.
  3. Enter the dapp and show the default Pre-Production Testnet flow.
  4. Switch to Mainnet only as Public Alpha / early feedback functionality.
  5. Show Swap routing against live P2P DeFi Kernel order-book liquidity.
  6. Show Cart execution controls: bundle mode, parallel mode, and contention-aware routing.
  7. Show Incognito Mode and explain that users can start without exposing address, balance, or wallet history to NeonSoup.
  8. Show a wallet-launching action URL / QR flow and explain that the user can audit, build, sign, and submit on their own device.

Slide 5: How a User Buys the Product

NeonSoup DEX is a public web3 Cardano application, not a subscription product.

The paid-access model is transaction-based:

  • A user chooses a wallet action, such as Swap.
  • NeonSoup prepares an open wallet intent and shows any configured NeonSoup service fee separately from protocol price and Cardano network fee.
  • The user reviews the generated wallet transaction before signing.
  • If accepted, the wallet submits the Cardano transaction and the service-fee output is paid as part of that transaction.

This keeps payment inside the same user-owned Cardano wallet flow as the product action.

Slide 19: Builder Verification Summary

Cardano Pie

Cardano Slide A: Mainnet Functionality

NeonSoup ships real Cardano mainnet functionality through P2P DeFi Kernel wallet intents.

Mainnet functionality presented:

  • Public dapp deployment at https://neonsoup.trade/
  • Mainnet-aware wallet intent generation.
  • Mainnet P2P DeFi Kernel offer execution flows.
  • Wallet-built Cardano transactions.
  • Public on-chain evidence through Cardanoscan.

Cardano Slide B: Mainnet Transaction Evidence

Real mainnet activity:

Cardano Slide C: Why This Matters on Cardano

NeonSoup uses Cardano eUTxOs as the shared communication layer for P2P liquidity.

Instead of building another isolated liquidity venue, NeonSoup is a DEX door into a global shared order book. Orders live as on-chain UTxOs. Users route locally. Wallet intents expose the transaction recipe before the wallet builds it. Execution can happen through URLs, QR codes, or wallet-side flows, so the frontend is replaceable and the protocol remains reachable.

The result is Cardano DeFi that is more open, inspectable, and forkable:

  • Peer to peer: users interact with on-chain offers directly.
  • Global shared liquidity: liquidity is not split into isolated brand silos. Open, global, shared order book
  • No middlemen: no hidden matcher, no exclusive backend order book, no required custom batcher. General purpose APIs anyone can self-deploy: Cardano GraphQL MKII and Blockfrost
  • You are the batcher: users can route, audit, build, sign, and submit from their own wallet, asisted by the frontend, fully on their own devices.
  • Incognito Mode: users can operate without giving NeonSoup their address, balance, or wallet history.
  • Parallel execution: users can execute in bulk or split actions for best-effort completion in contested UTxO markets.
