What to do in a situation when you have data sitting in a repository and not being put to use?

Open-source vs radical transparency vs ..?

When I launched Awake Aerospace and Awake Universal Healthcare back in January 2021. Well, I had a team and we chose to deploy Asana. Then, based on our needs assessment clickup.com turned out to be a much better choice for us. Now it's January 2023 and I am going solo. Which is another story and there are definitely lessons to be learned. As an entrepreneur and as a human. 

Very early on, it was decided that we'd put most of our work out in the public domain. So at that point we had 2+1 (Awake Aerospace, Awake Universal Healthcare and Launch Today) spaces. Spaces are areas inside of the tool (Clickup.com) where you can sort of have areas/regions where you can have lists that store tasks, crm, you can embed documents on there e.t.c. 

For both the Awake projects (and that has absolutely nothing to do with the woke culture- That I can confirm!) the data is still available publicly. Here is the link: https://sharing.clickup.com/l/h/4-3461412-1/88677a3e84aec47

Provided I have not been contributing to the Awake projects with the same frequency in 2022, compared to the previous year. Still, now there's a lot of information that has accumulated inside of the system. That information is just sitting there. 

Now I have one of the many set of options: 
1. Raise money and grow and scale the team and develop sales engine(s). 
2. Transfer all of that information over to Github and make the project completely opensource. 
3. Combination of 1. & 2. above. 
4. Something else. That something else also includes learning more about project management. Amongst other things, the sequence of activities was not time properly.

There are other spaces that I have been contributing to more inside of Clickup. But that's another topic.
