gem sqlite3 install error on Ubuntu

An error occured while installing sqlite3 (1.3.6), and Bundler cannot continue.
Make sure that `gem install sqlite3 -v '1.3.6'` succeeds before bundling.

用 apt-get install libsqlite3-dev 就好了 当然错误提示里是 CentOS滴 yum install sqlite-devel
