Aug 1 - Completed Items

• Improved Front end marketing pages layout
• Following Users - Ability to "follow" other members and have their content appear in your homepage feed
• Privacy filters for contact info and profile available to user
• Current admin tools remain in tact
• Better email list syncing (use a new service, Campaign Monitor or Mail Chimp)
• Global Search Feature

Aug 15 - Completed Items

• QA and Bug fixes begin
• Data migration starts - No data is lost and data gets migrated to appropriate sections (note, we could deploy a back up of the old site to a free heroku app just before flipping the switch so that we always have it there to refer to as a sanity check)
• Admin specific layout designed
• Testing on IE finished

September 1 - Completed Items

• Launch new app
