D3 Drag Rectangle with drag handles

This is an example of the power of the D3 library and how you can use the drag behavior of D3 to control the position and shape of the SVG element.

Howdee.

I do not see a license for this code. Could you please let me know what license you would authorize this code for? Perhaps if you could add the license file to the code base, at which point I could know that I could legally fork it and continue usage of it. Thanks for the support and it is a very nice demo.
