It does not work on my Surface:
DiskPart has encountered an error: The security ID structure is invalid
any idea?

@psallandre, I'm not sure without more detail about where it happened in the script (i.e. a stack trace would be more helpful) but since you only have one drive why would you move the files to a VHD sitting on the drive? While not very much, the VHD does have overhead so you'd actually be increasing drive space consumption.

This script will fail when invoked on machines that are not domain joined. The issue relates to the owner group sid being set to Domain Administrators. To correct the script for non domain joined machines change the following:

I know it's a year back but my guess is that is his bug.

I can confirm that @SpotLabsNET is right, his changes fixed the issue on a non domain joined machine.
