Hi this sample really helped me to progress. I have table view with pagination. In case of pagination the code works but even for empty rows also the Add button cell is generated. It works fine if pagination not added. Appreciate if you have any clue.

The updateItem(...) method needs to handle the case of an empty cell, otherwise buttons may appear in empty cells.

Thank you very much! This helped me a lot!
For example:

  • How the setCellValueFactory and setCellFactory works.
  • Give the tableview when creating the cell.
  • The icon for the stages.

Updated the updateItem(...) method to handle the case of an empty cell as per james-d's suggestion (by removing any existing graphic in the cell so that the display is empty).

Thanks for the very good sample. How to remove the button from a particular row while deleting a row?

Nice example. JavaFx is better than Swing but I find it to be so verbose.
