Dogwood.2 Local Native Install

This run was done because I wanted to test the Native install instructions here:
https://openedx.atlassian.net/wiki/display/OpenOPS/Native+Open+edX+Ubuntu+12.04+64+bit+Installation
During the install, I received the 'EnvironmentError: mysql_config not found' error and applied a work-around to resolve it (See line 2060).
