Manager Tips
Remember "Only wimpy managers write down their own tips. Real managers ask employees to recite them in Slack."
1. Google Slides and Spreadsheets are the only applicataions you need.

20. it's good to sprinkle positive affirmations throughout your code

24. have secret features that you only share with your preferred users
25. do things fast, so others will complain quickly if it's a bad idea
26. abuse systems, they are not people
27. don't take notes, they will use them against you
28. Leave the hardest part of a project for the end, and delegate it to someone else (or someone new)
29. Double your efficiency by being in two video calls at once.
